Refund & Return Policy

At Orkaya, customer satisfaction is important to us.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only within 10 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered
2. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will NOT be accepted for reasons such as:
- Customer does not like the product
- Change of mind
- Ordered by mistake
- Minor or silly reasons not related to product quality or damage
3. Return Process
To request a return, customers must contact us with:
- Order ID
- Product photos/videos showing the issue
- Description of the issue

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
